Order Processing & Production

All of our tees are made to order. Once you place an order, it heads straight into the print queue.

- Production time: All products are printed within 2–3 business days

As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.


Delivery Times (U.S. Only)

After your order has been printed and shipped, here’s what to expect:

- U.S. orders: Typically arrive at your door within 3–8 business days after shipping

These are estimates, not guarantees. Holidays, bad weather, and carrier delays can slow things down, but most orders land well within this window.

Because each item is custom made to order, please review our Exchange and Limited Refund Policy before placing your order.


Tracking Your Order

You’ll get a tracking number emailed to you as soon as your order ships.

Sometimes tracking takes up to 24 hours to update after the carrier picks it up. If it looks stuck, just give it a day. If something still seems off after that, reach out. Our team keeps an eye on every order to make sure things stay on track, and if there’s a real issue, we’ll make it right.


Missing or Lost Packages

If your order appears to be lost in transit or hasn’t arrived after the expected delivery window, contact us at marley@saltplusthreads.com with your order number.

We’ll review the shipment status and, if the issue qualifies, make it right with a replacement or refund.

Refunds or replacements for missing or lost packages are subject to review based on tracking details and order information.
