Order Processing & Production

All of our tees are made to order. Once you place an order, it heads into the print queue.

Typical production time: 2–3 business days

As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Delivery Times 

After your order has been printed and shipped, here’s what to expect:

U.S. orders typically arrive within 3–8 business days after shipping.

These are estimates, not guarantees. Holidays, bad weather, and carrier delays can slow things down, but most orders land well within this window.

Because each tee is printed after you order, please review our Exchanges + Refunds Policy before placing your order.

Tracking Your Order

You’ll get a tracking number emailed to you as soon as your order ships.

Sometimes tracking takes up to 24 hours to update after the carrier receives the package. If it looks stuck, give it a day. If something still seems off after that, reach out and we’ll take a look.

Missing or Lost Packages

If your order appears to be lost in transit or hasn’t arrived within 2 business days after the expected delivery window, contact us at marley@saltplusthreads.com with your order number.

We’ll review the tracking details and order information to determine the best next step. In some cases, carrier delays may require a short review period before a replacement or refund can be approved.

If the issue qualifies, we’ll help work toward a fair solution based on the situation.
