If it’s your first Salt + Threads order and the fit isn’t quite right, we’ll cover size replacements for up to 2 unworn, unwashed tees within 30 days of delivery.

Your replacement tee ships at no cost to you, and you usually don’t need to send the original tee back.

Orders with more than 2 tees are still covered for up to 2 size replacements. For any additional tees, we may offer a reorder discount to help you get the right size.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, stained, or incorrect, contact us and we’ll make it right.

Because every tee is printed after you order, we don’t offer traditional returns or refunds for change-of-mind requests. For sizing help, your first order may be covered by First-Time Fit Help above.

For the best long-term care, wash cold and tumble dry low.

That said, these tees are made for real life — beach days, weekend loads, and regular repeat wear. Treat them well and they’ll return the favor.

All of our tees are incredibly soft, breathable, lightweight, and easy to wear every day. As a general rule: Solid colors like Black, Natural, and Navy are 100% Airlume combed and ring-spun cotton, while Heathers are 52% Airlume combed and ring-spun cotton / 48% polyester.

A few color exceptions to that rule:

• Heather Prism Colors: 99% Airlume combed and ring-spun cotton / 1% polyester
  
• Ash: 99% Airlume combed and ring-spun cotton / 1% polyester
  
• Athletic Heather + Black Heather: 90% Airlume combed and ring-spun cotton / 10% polyester
  
• Heather Prism Blue: 90% Airlume combed and ring-spun cotton / 10% polyester

If you’re between sizes, we usually recommend going up one size. It gives you a little more ease through the chest and middle without overthinking it.

If you carry more weight through the middle, or your usual size sometimes feels snug in the belly or chest, we recommend going up one size.

If shirts often pull across your shoulders or chest, we recommend going up one size.

Our flat lay image shows the most accurate tee color. Lifestyle photos are created in different lighting environments, so tones may appear slightly warmer or cooler.

Production time
All of our tees are printed within 2–3 business days.

Delivery time
Packages typically arrive within 3–8 business days after they ship. You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is on the way.

What if there’s a delay?
Sometimes tracking can take up to 24 hours to update after your order ships. If it looks stuck, give it a day. If something still seems off after that, reach out and we’ll make it right. We keep an eye on orders to make sure they stay on track.

Not at all. We started this tee business because we couldn’t find shirts that could survive Florida life - the heat, the humidity, the “did it just rain sideways?” weather. We built the tees we wished existed. Turns out a whole lot of out-of-staters were looking for the exact same thing: lightweight enough to breathe, durable enough to actually live in.
